- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasswasher not dispensing sanitizer.
- Corrective Action(s): Operator stated single-use disposable cups, lids, and straws are used for serving drinks; single-use plates are used if pizza is served. As a temporary measure for shakers and cocktail makers when facility is operating, fill the 2-compartment sink with 100 -200 ppm chlorine solution. Wash & rinse using the glasswasher, then manually sanitize by fully submerging in chlorine solution for at least 30 seconds. Air dry.

- Corrective Action(s): Operator called the technician during the inspection to come in within the day. Please repair the glasswasher such that it is able to sanitize at 50 - 100 ppm chlorine concentration. Please obtain test strips; monitor and log sanitizer concentration routinely. Correction date: immediately
