- Meat thawing in bus bin in cooler was being stored on top of milk. Ensure raw meat is stored in designated area on lower shelf to prevent cross contamination. This was corrected during the inspection.

- There were no quats test strips on-site for measuring sanitizing solution. Please obtain quats test strips.

- 1. Caulking between wall and stainless steel on right side of dishwasher is mouldy. Clean area and replace caulking. 2. Mop sink was not draining properly. A plumber was scheduled. Once repaired, ensure mop sink is cleaned.
