- Water sample had not been submitted for analysis before opening. Water sample collected and shipped to the Prov Lab today.

- Staff have not been testing the total chlorine properly and recording chloramine levels instead. The pool does not use chloramines for disinfection and do not have the correct reagent to test for chloramines. Reviewed proper way to test for total chlorine and calculate combined chlorine with supervisor. Missing records from the ORP meter. These need to be recorded when chemical parameters are tested.

- Free chlorine is 0.88, increase and maintain free chlorine levels to above 1.

- There is no functional flow rate meter for the pool. The turnover rate cannot be calculated without accurate flow measurements. Ensure a functioning flow meter is installed and turnover rate is adequate.
