- Water bottle in chemical closet with chemical inside. Bottle was labeled indicating contents. Operator indicated that a technician that had completed some work in the facility had given them the bottle and its contents to clean the ice machine. Food containers must never be used to store chemicals. Operator understood the concern, the original water label was removed during inspection and the operator will ensure it is switched to an appropriate container as soon as possible.
