    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The dishwasher couldn't be tested as it was leaking out water from 3 different places under the machine. It is scheduled to be replaced in 1-2 weeks.-Repair/replace the dishwasher immediately. All dishes, utensils must be manually washed and sanitized.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There was a pool of water on the floor by the dishwasher and staff did not know where it came from.-ensure plumbing doesn't leak; do not use the dishwasher as it doesn't work properly. All dishes must be manually washed, rinsed and sanitized.
