    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • A section of wall was repaired under the sink counter but tile is not smooth and there are pieces of overlapping fiberboard against the back wall. A strip of tile is missing behind the burger freezer.*Repair walls to be smooth, cleanable and impervious to moisture.

      • A few old ketchup spills are present on the back wall and on the floor behind the pop dispensing station in the dining room.*Clean up ketchup spills.

    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Three compartment sink is leaking water excessively on the floor, causing the floor to be constantly wet in this area while staff try to catch the water in a bucket and mop the area repeatedly. The wall tile under the sink counter is missing and exposing broken drywall. A strip of tile is missing behind the burger freezer.*Repair plumbing leak.*Repair walls to be smooth, cleanable and impervious to moisture.

      • A few old ketchup and syrup spills noted on the back wall of the pop dispensing station and between the blue storage racks in the back of the establishment. Buttons near the coffee station were grimy. Staff mopping practice is leaving a lot of water in floor areas. *Clean up ketchup spills and clean and sanitize buttons.*Wring out mops more to allow floors to dry more quickly after mopping.

      • The dining room tables have large stickers in place. The stickers have lifted significantly. Cleaning and Sanitizing can not be completed effectively until a repair or replacement is completed.

      • On the evening of August 1 it was reported that hamburgers were not cooked to a 74 degrees Celsius or higher internal temperature.The equipment was reviewed. Records were reviewed. It appears an error was made when setting the cooking equipment to cook regular paddies and the 1/4 pounder paddies. Both types of paddies were raw in the middle.
