      • The time sticker on the packages of cheese curds stored at room temperature stated 'Refrigerated, good until Nov 17, 2024". Staff had not changed the sticker when the container was brought out for room storage- Staff changed the time label with the proper discard time of 4 hours. Product to be discarded at 3:00 pm.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • The door to the compactor/receiving area does not close tightly.- Ensure that doors have tight seals to prevent the possible entry of pests.
