      • Ensure that the first aid kit available in the program meets the OH & S requirements and is checked regularly.

      • Toddler room washroom: Half door - the top part of the door was not smooth and easy to clean. Ensure the high touch surfaces are smooth, easy to clean and in good repair.

      • The faucet handle was broken on the Toddler room sink. Please repair or replace.Dec 2025: Sink was not in operation - please repair or remove.

      • 1. Push-in pins were used in the children's areas in the Toddler room. They were removed during the inspection.2. Some art supplies observed in the Toddler room had warning labels to be kept out of reach of children. They were removed during the inspection.

      • Antiseptic wipes in the first aid kits expired in 2017 and 2019. Please obtain the new antiseptic wipes.

      • The faucet handle was broken on the Toddler room sink. Please repair or replace.
