      • *Each food compartment in the pizza preparation cooler did not have a designated scoop. Scoops observed did not have proper handles. Operator is required to provide properly handled scoops for each food item to prevent hand contact and cross-contamination.

      • Sewer gas smell noticed by the dishwashing area. Please make sure it is checked and find out the reason of the smell.

      • Cleaning of the areas are required. * Exhaust canopy filters above the deep fryer. * Dust on the ceiling vents in the kitchen. Please make sure cleaning is completed.

      • Dishwasher Sani cycle was not working, there was no sanitizer was coming through the sanitizer line. Please make sure dishwasher is repaired and manual dishwashing method is properly done onsite in 3 compartment sinks.

      • There was no paper towel in the dispenser. Operator replaced the paper towel and placed it in the dispenser during the inspection.
