      • During the inspection it was observed that sanitizing solution used for storing cleaning clothes was not maintained at adequate concentration.New solution (chlorine based) was made during the inspection, measured at appropriate concentration (100ppm).Make sure to check the concentration of sanitizing solutions on regular basis.

      • Found no paper towels in the men's washroom (basement).Corrected by providing paper towels.

      • The floor surfaces in walk in freezer were observed with food and dust debris build-up.Please clean the noted areas in walk in freezer now and on regular basis.

      • Surface sanitizer was not prepared at the start of the inspection. Upon request, the staff prepared sanitizer solutions which were measured at 200ppm QUAT. Please ensure multiple sanitizer solutions for food contact surfaces are available at all times. Sanitizer solutions should be readily available at each end of the kitchen.
