      • Corrective Action(s): In the meantime while the dishwasher is being repaired (Refer to Code #308) staff is to manually wash dishes in the 3 compartment sink following these steps:
      • 1. Wash with detergent 2. Rinse 3. Sanitize with 200 pm Quats (from sink dispenser) 4. Air Dry
