    • 205 - Critical Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Dairy product dispenser was operating at an elevated temperature above 40°F. (Public Health significance) - All potentially hazardous foods must be stored at below 40°F or above 140°F - out of the danger zone to prevent bacterial growth and possibly food borne illness
      • Corrective Action: Operator immediately lowered the temperature of the dairy dispenser and submitted a photo 1 hour after the inspection that shows the temperature of the dairy dispenser at 38°F. Routinely monitor the temperature of the dairy dispenser so that you know when to adjust the temperature or have serviced as required. Discard all potentially hazardous cold foods that have been subject to danger zone temperature for more than 2 hours.

      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine was operating at an elevated temperature above 40°F. (Public Health significance) - All potentially hazardous foods must be stored at below 40°F or above 140°F - out of the danger zone to prevent bacterial growth and possibly food borne illness
      • Corrective Action: Operator immediately lowered the temperature of the ice cream machine. EHO saw a drop to 42°F during the inspection. Operator submitted a photo 1 hour after the inspection that shows the temperature of the ice cream machine at 37.5°F. Routinely monitor the temperature of the dairy dispenser so that you know when to adjust the temperature or have serviced as required. Discard all potentially hazardous cold foods that have been subject to danger zone temperature for more than 2 hours.
