- 1) Preschool room - there were chemicals (window cleaner) located on the ledge near the front of the room that were accessible to the children.> removed Feb 12 20262) Preschool bathroom - Mr. clean was observed in the bathroom sink cupboard. Please ensure all shelving units over four feet are secure to the wall from tipping.Confirm if completed.5) Preschool room - the TV in the room was not secured from tipping. Please secure.> Secured with tape at this time.6) Toddler room - some smaller toys that could fit into a toilet paper roll holder were observed. - There was greater than 1.2 inches observed between the crib mattress and the side of the crib near the front.

- Preschool bathroom - toilet paper dispensers were observed to be broken. Repair or replacement required. - 1) Infant room - carpeting in the infant room was visibly dirty. There was a section a smooth fabric material in the eating area of the room. The tape securing this material was lifting and difficult to cleaning. Because of the lifting the material was also a tripping hazard.2) Infant room - pony wall edges in the infant room were covered with tape and not easily cleanable.
