    • 03. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Critical)?
      • 1) Preschool room - there were chemicals (window cleaner) located on the ledge near the front of the room that were accessible to the children.> removed Feb 12 20262) Preschool bathroom - Mr. clean was observed in the bathroom sink cupboard. This was CDI3) Preschool room - A small spray bottle was observed without a label. > Corrected Feb 12 2026*** 4) Preschool room - a beige shelf in the room was observed to be greater than 4 feet in height which could be a tipping hazard. Please ensure all shelving units over four feet are secure to the wall from tipping.Confirm if completed.5) Preschool room - the TV in the room was not secured from tipping. Please secure.> Secured with tape at this time.6) Toddler room - some smaller toys that could fit into a toilet paper roll holder were observed.       • Ceiling vents throughout the centre were observed to be dirty and dusty. Cleaning required.> ceiling vents in preschool room still require cleaning.       • New black foam interlocking tiles were placed under the slide, however, double layer foam mats is required.
    • 23. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Critical)?
      • There was greater than 1.2 inches observed between the crib mattress and the side of the crib near the front.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • Preschool bathroom - toilet paper dispensers were observed to be broken. Repair or replacement required.       • 1) Infant room - carpeting in the infant room was visibly dirty. There was a section a smooth fabric material in the eating area of the room. The tape securing this material was lifting and difficult to cleaning. Because of the lifting the material was also a tripping hazard.2) Infant room - pony wall edges in the infant room were covered with tape and not easily cleanable.

      • 1) Personal belongings located in the cubbies at the front of the program were touching and were not being stored with adequate separation.2) Infant room - Personal belongings such as jackets and shoes were being stored in the bottom cupboards of the diaper change table.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • Preschool bathroom - toilet paper dispensers were observed to be broken. Repair or replacement required. Please ensure toilet paper is installed on the dispenser at all times.Infant room - paper towel was not located on a dispenser. Dispenser required.
