      • There were some packages of dry good with no label on them. Ensure all foods have a label which at minimum indicates what it is, the source, and date of packaging.
    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • There is a meat slicer on the back table that has not been cleaned properly, a lot of food debris and build up was found under the guard and in other hard to reach places. Operator indicated they didn't think they would use this slicer. Remove slicer from facility or locate the user manual or cleaning instructions so that proper cleaning and sanitizing procedure can be done.

      • There was a small bucket in the hand sink. Keep the hand sink clear and free of obstructions. Hand sink is to be used for only hand washing.
