      • Sanitizer was not present in the office where sandwiches are prepared. Please mix a chlorine solution of 100 ppm to clean the trays and surfaces that sandwiches may come into contact with while serving.
    • 06. Are appropriate food handling practices and plans in place to ensure that food is handled in a manner that makes it safe to eat?
      • School was not keeping logs of sandwich temperature upon arrival, and of the office fridge temperature. Please keep daily temperature logs of all fridges used to store sandwiches and temperature logs of the sandwiches upon arrival.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The office fridge used to store brown bagging sandwiches did not have a thermometer to verify the temperature.Please get a thermometer for the inside of the office fridge.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Soap was not nearby the hand sink in the kitchen where the sandwiches are handled and temperature checked. Please keep hand soap by the sink at all times to allow for hand washing.
