      • There are several sections of shelving in the kitchen where the front areas are damaged/missing finishing material. Ensure to make plans to have this replaced/refinished as it will become more difficult to clean and can absorb additional moisture which could lead to mold growth.

      • The light covers by the grill area have some accumulation of grease residue.The facility requires a bit of organization to facilitate optimal cleaning. Utensils and storage containers which no longer serve a purpose should be removed from the premises.
