      • **CORRECTED**1. The vendor did not have a thermometer available for checking food temperatures. The Operator returned to their facility to get a thermometer. The Inspector confirmed the thermometer was on site.2. Foods in insulated coolers did not have enough ice pack coverage. Seafood and chicken were moved into the refrigerators so that foods in coolers had more coverage of ice packs.
