     • Observation: Found multiple items in the store that do not have labels on them including repackaged butter, spices, lentils and injera bread.
     • Corrective Action(s): Premises does not have permission to repackage nor produce injera. Stop selling all unlabelled products immediately. All products must come from an approved source, and must be labelled with name of product, address product was made and the ingredients.
     • This is a repeat offense.

     • Observation: Found open bags of spices and other dried goods at the back of the store along with a scale and scoop.
