      • Flats of ungraded/uninspected eggs were in the cooler beside the flats of graded eggs. Operator advised inspector that they would remove the eggs from the store and ensure ungraded eggs are not sold there in the future.
    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Food-grade sanitizer was not available in the food repackaging area during the inspection. The operator informed the inspector that the store owner had acquired more sanitizer and was bringing it to the store.
