      • *** High level disinfectant efficacy test results were not documented since August 2025.Corrective action:- Please ensure the Preempt CS20 disinfectant is tested each day it is used with AHP 7 test strips. Document the results on the HLD log sheet.- Provide a photo of documentation of test results by January 9, 2026.

      • High level disinfectant (Preempt CS20) used for disinfection of lash extension tweezers was not being tested for efficacy. Test strips were not available onsite.Please ensure appropriate testing papers (AHP 7) are acquired for your disinfectant of choice (Preempt CS20).Ensure solutions is tested daily and results are documented.
