- There were boxes of utensils being stored on the ground. Store up off the ground. Corrected during inspection.

- Not enough flooring in booth. Ensure all areas (including under the tables) has adequate flooring.Also, please ensure the temporary handwashing station is fully contained within the booth/under the tent and the paper towel is in a dispenser to aid in keeping the supplies clean and dry.
