CS20 Test strips were expired.Operator was instructed to acquire all 3 expired items immediately for reprocessing prior to continuing service, Operator was able to acquire all items. Ensure expiry dates are checked and replace when needed. Continue with regular reprocessing as instructed. Record log for testing high level disinfectant will be sent to operator. Ensure record log is filled out every time solution is tested.
