    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Ceiling tiles adjacent to the range hood are damaged. Damaged ceiling tiles must be replaced.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Chest freezer had debris and some rust in the bottom. Chest freezer must be cleaned.Duct tape on the corner of the rangehood. The duct tape was removed but the glue residue still needs to be removed.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Written sanitation records were not started for 2024 - 2025 season. Written sanitation records must be started and available for review.

    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Mechanical dishwasher does not reach the minimum temperature in the rinse cycle to adequately sanitize dishes and utensils. The manual dishwashing method must be used.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Sanitizer test strips were not available at the time of inspection. Test strips that were purchased are for pool chemical parameters. Chlorine test strips (0 ppm - 200 ppm) must be obtained and used to ensure the sanitizer concentration is safe and effective for food contact surfaces.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hand wash soap and paper towels were not available at the hand wash sink.Hand wash soap and paper towels must be in dispensers and available at the hand wash sink before food preparation starts.
