    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Ice machine is on an unfinished wood platform. Some of the freezers are on cardboard and Styrofoam. Broken floor tiles noted in the kitchen.All unfinished wood must be removed or painted so that it is non-permeable to water and can be effectively cleaned. Cardboard and Styrofoam must be removed. Broken floor tiles must be replaced and the flooring kept in good repair.
