- Observation(s): Facility is on water quality advisory, but also have jags of water for serving customers. Please have a different water dispenser designated for customer usage and separated from staff to prevent from potential cross contamination and transmission of diseases.

- Observation(s): Facility is using 70% alcohol as sanitizer. However, this is not an approved product to be use on food contact surfaces. Please switch to bleach solution at 100ppm -200ppm or Quats solution at 200ppm for sanitizing the bar counters.
