The use of leftover soft serve (a.k.a. "rerun") should be avoided to reducing reserving potentially hazardous food that have not been handled in ideal conditions. No dipper well for hard ice cream scoop, if scoop stored in water at room temperature than change the water at least every 2 hours along with washing and sanitizing scoop (e.g. spray sanitizer could be used, see attached Food Contact Surfaces.

    This is an amazing camp. I recently stayed here for a week and I was blown away by the incredible scenery, and the facilities that were kept looking pristine and very welcoming. The building I stayed in seemed to be recently renovated and it was a really nice place to stay. You never know if you are going to see a breathtaking sunrise or sunset from the water's edge. Walking out on the dock, you can see for miles and miles! Green Bay is a very welcoming, friendly place, surrounded by absolutely breathtaking beauty.

    My 8-year-old son attended basketball camp there last week, and it was a fantastic experience! The coaches were excellent—not only knowledgeable but also very attentive to each child. I really appreciated how they gave clear and personalized direction, ensuring that every kid got the guidance they needed to improve their skills. The camp was well-organized, engaging, and a great confidence booster for young players. Highly recommend!!

    One of the best experiences as a family we had ever had. As a dad of 5 it’s hard sometimes to always get into the mindset of actually playing with the kids. But here we boated, swam, played tag and sooooo much more. The place runs with teenagers who act more like professionally trained management team as they serve , clean and take care of things like a well oiled machine. The people who attend were all so kind too we made friends and can’t wait to book out family again. Truly blown away by this camp the staff the managment the food and fun! We are lifers now

    Our family adores GBBC!!! Family camp and kids camps are a priority for our family every year and a wonderful, safe place for our kids to have fun & for us to connect as a family! Our kids can’t stop talking about camp all year round. We love it and the staff are amazing and always so wonderful. It is a great place to come with extended family as well!
