      • Observation: 1) Injeera bread was being sold on-site. Operator indicated that she gets it from the owner of Mostafa Supermarket who makes it at home.
      • 2) Dried fish is not labeled. Operator couldn't find the receipt, but she called the supplier and asked them to resend it.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) You cannot sell foods from unapproved sources. Remove the injeera bread from the shelves. Do not offer this for sale. Also remove all advertising for it.
      • 2) Email me the receipt by the end of the day tomorrow as discussed.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dry fish receipts provided via email. Address and business name indicates that it is from a residential house in coquitlam. This is not an approved source. Photos taken. Operator noted this business supplies other businesses. Operator attempted to call supplier, but supplier did not pick up.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard dry fish. More than 20 items to be discarded, too numerous to count. Receipts state 15-20kg. Photos taken of entire cooler containing dry fish. All foods are to be obtained from an approved source. Date to be corrected: immediately
