- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bar glasswasher did not dispense any detectable sanitizer. Facility has historically used a chlorine sanitizer for the bar glasswasher but current bucket attached to machine is labelled iodine. No test kit available for iodine.

- 1) Check with maintenance company to ensure that chemical change was not an error.
- 2) Regardless of which sanitizer you choose going forward, the machine must dispense either 50ppm chlorine OR 12.5ppm iodine
- 3) Obtain appropriate test kit and test daily.
