      • The chlorine sanitizer solutions that wiping cloths are immersed in are measured at 800 ppm. This is too strong.- The required concentration for chlorine sanitizer solutions is 100 ppm. New 100 ppm sanitizer solutions were prepared.

      • The concentration of sanitizer solutions is not being tested/measured.- Measure the sanitizer strength on a daily basis.

      • 0 ppm sanitizer detected in the solutions that wiping cloths are stored in.- Operator prepared a 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solutions.

      • Cloth towel hanging by the panini grill - staff informed that it is used to wipe their hands.- Use only single-use paper towels for wiping/drying hands. Operator was instructed to remove the cloth hand towel.
