      • Wet cloths near espresso machine. Ensure cloths are placed in a sanitizing solution when wet and after wiping milk.

      • Take out containers and cups stored on floor. Ensure all disposable dishes are stored off the floor to prevent access of pests and contamination.

      • 1. Hand sink not operational. Due to level of food handling hand sink must be operational.2. Slushy machine located right along hand sink with no barrier. Remove slushy machine or install barrier.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Back door propped open. Ensure door remains closed to prevent access of pests.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1. Two compartment sink tap leaking. Ensure this is repaired.2. Base for Fetco Coffee brewer is molding/exposed wood. Repair and repaint.

      • The cleaning rag for cleaning the steaming wand was stored on the counter without sanitizer while not in use. - Ensure the rag is stored in food safe sanitizer while not in use.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No thermometer available to confirm the dishwasher's sanitizing temperature. - Ensure a thermometer is available to confirm if the dishwasher can reach 71C/160F.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • The food handling permit was not posted for public display.- Ensure the permit is posted.
