      • 1. Insulation from the wall was leaking onto the dry goods storage room floor. 2. There was a cracked/broken tile at the entrance to the kitchen.

      • Food safe sanitizer was not available in the kitchen to sanitize food contact surfaces. Please ensure a food safe sanitizer is available for sanitizing purposes. Examples of food safe sanitizer: bleach 100 ppm, QUAT 200 ppm, Iodine 12.5-25 ppm.

      • The sanitizer was not sanitizing adequately (reached 43C maximum at the plate level). Please ensure the dishwasher is sanitizing adequately (71C at the plate level).

      • The soap dispenser in the kitchen is broken. Please repair.
