On top and in dishwasher4. the grill lineOUTSTANDING INFRACTIONDecember 17, 2025- Build up of debris throughout the facility on ceilings, hard to reach areas of the floors, dishwashing area, walk in cooler floors/freezers, electrical conduit and fire suppression lines, ventilation canopy (scheduled for Dec 22), duct work, shelving, etc. Ensure all of these areas are cleaned.Jan 5, 2026- Canopy cleaning completed. All other areas still have a build up.January 23, 2026 - Progress has been made to clean the aforementioned areas. A notable grease build-up was noted underneath of the cook line and dishwashing area remains.
