Alternatively, store chemicals in an area out of reach of children.

- 1. Blue room: There was an aerial silk station that has not been previously reviewed or approved by AHS. The pillow surfacing also does not look like it provides a large enough area to protect from falls.Please remove the aerial silk station since it has not been approved for use.

- Some milk bottles were not labeled with a child's name in a yellow room. - All milk bottles must be adequately labeled with a child's name.

- A portable sink with a change table was installed in the green room without prior approval. Portable sinks are not allowed since the National Plumbing Code requires all fixtures be directly connected to the sanitary drainage system.All handsinks must have potable water. - Do not use the portable handsink for handwashing/bib washing/toy washing. Use the main change table by the washrooms or in the yellow room for diapering.

- 1. Staff was unsure how to properly clean and disinfect toys. Staff was unsure how to mix bleach solution for toys immersion. Some staff only disinfect toys without washing them first and some staff was mixing soap and bleach together. - Train staff on proper toy washing. Toys must be clean first with soapy water, rinsed and then disinfectant by approved disinfectant. 2. Balls in a ball pit are being only sprayed with a disinfectant. No adequate regular cleaning of balls is performed. - Provide a written procedure for cleaning and disinfection of balls in a ball pit.
