      • Staff personal food item was noted to be stored on top of commercial food items in the walk-in-cooler. The staff food bag was moved to the bottom shelf during the inspection. The operator was further advised to designate an area to store staff food items.

      • Food debris was noted on hard-to-reach surfaces of the meat slicer. Please dismantle the meat slicer to achieve proper cleaning sanitation level. Please use a brush to clean and sanitize hard-to-reach surfaces of the meat slicer. Please clean and sanitize the meat slicer.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Spills were noted on the floor of the walk-in-freezer. Please clean the floor and ensure it is maintained in a clean and sanitary state at all times.
