- Observation(s): Observed the retail fridge by the staircase to be missing an internal thermometer. Please ensure this unit is equipped with a thermometer.

- Observation(s): Observed the handwashing sink in the food service area being used for dishwashing, indicated by dirty dishes in the sink, clean dishes drying, dish soap, and a scrub brush. Operator was instructed to remove all items except liquid hand soap and paper towels to ensure the sink is used for handwashing only.

- Observation(s): No designated hand-washing station observed for the food handlers serving kombucha. No hand-soap and paper towel was observed at the sink located in the food service area. This may lead to inadequate handwashing of food handlers. Designate the sink as handwashing station, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and paper towel. Post the sign stating handwashing steps at the handwashing station.
