      • ** - customer area has a noticeable population of Repleta flies. A smaller population was observed in the dishwashing area of the kitchen. Please follow the provided training instructions on fly remediation.

      • ** - it was observed in multiple cold holding units on the cook line, that raw meat/seafood was stored above or beside: ready-to-eat foods, cooked foods, and or uncooked vegetables. Please rearrange the storage of raw meats/seafood in a manner that reduces the risk for cross contamination. Not all raw meats/seafoods were reportioned into baggies.

      • ** - a container of ladles and ice was improperly stored in the handwashing station, between the soap and the paper towels - exposed to potential contamination of the food equipment from dirty water splashing from handwashing.

      • ** - staff were wiping sanitized utensils with a vinegar solution to remove spots. Cease and desist the practice as it may contaminate sanitized dishware and utensils.

      • A few flies were observed in the bar service area. The facility has a pest control company providing monthly service; ensure all pest control recommendations are followed.Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces and ensure that all drink and alcohol dispensers/spouts are covered to prevent fly access.

      • The food handling permit was posted in the main kitchen. The permit must be displayed in a conspicuous location visible to customers at all times.
