The grease trap under the dishwashing sink was not flush to the floor, resulting in an uneven and uncleanable floor surface potentially leading to debris accumulation.- Ensure the floor is smooth, easily cleanable and seal any gaps.**FIXED (2025-08-14). A border has been installed around the grease trap, and the area is to be covered with a metal sheet.2. The back corner wall was found to be unfinished as wall surface was not smooth, easily cleanable, durable, or impervious to moisture, which poses a risk for contamination.- Please paint.**FIXED (2025-08-14) - The wall was painted with a washable, moisture-resistant paint.
