- A surface sanitizer was not provided for anticipated open food handling of Qurbani meat later in the week. Please obtain prior to any open food handling. Ensure work surfaces are sanitized prior to operation. Recommended obtaining unscented bleach. Combine 1/2 teaspoon with 1 litre of water to make 100 ppm chlorine solution.

- A safe food surface area was not provided on which Qurbani meat would be handled. Please obtain a table for this purpose. The table must be smooth, nonporous and easily cleanable.

- Sanitizer test strips were not provided. Please obtain appropriate test strips for respective sanitizer used.

- A person in care and control of the facility was not certified in a recognized food safety course. Please complete and obtain certificate.

- The bathroom door that opened into the food warehouse was not installed with a self-closure device. Please install.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- There interior of the chest freezer was contaminated with blood. Please clean.
