- In accordance with Section 4.1 of the NS Food Retail and Food Services Code, you must ensure all equipment is maintained and functional for its intended use. Observed no water being provided in the dishwasher. Repair dishwasher so it is working properly. Use 2 compartment sink dishwashing method until dishwasher is repaired.

- Observed sanitizer concentration to be 0ppm. Operator made a new bleach and water solution at this time. The concentration was satisfactory (100ppm).
