A hand soap refill was located in the crate beneath the hand sink, however no dispenser was present that would accommodate the hand soap re-fill (no meat cutting was taking place at the time of inspection).REQUIRED ACTION: obtain liquid hand soap in a dispenser and ensure hand soap is always available for use at the hand sink in the meat cutting area.
