    • 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done: (a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
      • Dishwashing sinks require deep cleaning prior to use. Follow proper manual dishwashing procedure of wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry.
    • 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done: (a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
      • Washroom handwash sink requires regular cleaning.

    • 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator: (b) adequately designed and appropriately located hand-washing facilities;
      • Handwashing station must be equipped with paper towel in a dispenser.
    • 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done: (a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
      • Slushie equipment must be washed and sanitized appropriately using the designated dishwashing sinks using the proper dishwashing method of (1) wash, in first sink with hot water/ detergent (2) rinse under running water into first sink, (3) sanitize in second sink using an appropriate sanitizer for food contact surfaces, and (4) air dry.
