    • 23(1)(b) All equipment and utensils used to process, prepare, store, serve, sell or display food must be designed, constructed, installed and maintained to (b) allow adequate cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance.
      • Fridge door rubber sealant held on with duct tape which is not an easily cleanable material. Sealant ordered and will be replaced once received.
    • 8(2) A permit or notification receipt must be posted in a conspicuous location in the food establishment.
      • Food Establishment Permit must be posted in view of the public.
