      • Increased sanitation required in dishwashing area and staff washroom. Cleaning must be conducted at a frequency that prevents the build up of dirt and food debris.

      • Handwash station must be equipped with paper towel in a dispenser at all times during operation.
    • 34 An operator must ensure that a food establishment is operated so that all food and food ingredients are processed, manufactured, handled, prepared, packaged, served, sold, offered for sale or distribution free of charge, dispensed, displayed and stored in a manner that prevents contamination and adulteration.
      • Ensure all food is stored at least 6 inches up off the floor to prevent contamination.
