    • 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator: (b) adequately designed and appropriately located hand-washing facilities;
      • Handwashing sink faucet is a spray nozzle only. This is not equipped for proper handwashing. Install regular long neck faucet with hot and cold taps.

    • 19(2)(b) - OPERATOR FAILING TO PROVIDE ADEQUATELY DESIGNED AND APPROPRIATELY LOCATED HANDWASHING FACILITIES.
      • Ensure on sink dedicated for handwashing behind counter. Perform equipment washing in two sinks. Move sink stickers and provide sticker "handwashing only" to promote handwashing at dedicated sink. Owner agreed and will manage issue.
    • 29(2)(b) - INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & SANITAITON PROGRAM TO CONTROL INSECTS, RODENTS OR OTHER PESTS.
      • One bait station removed. Do not use bait in Foodshop. Verminproof rear door. Clean up old droppings near electrical panel and area. Follow PCO recommendations.

    • 29(2)(a) - INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE CLEANING & SANITATION PROGRAM A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done: (a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
      • Clean / sanitize staff washroom, and plastic shelving unit and corners of walk-in cooler. Correct leak on condensate tray on walk-in cooler reefer.
