- Thoroughly clean all floors, walls, racks & trays in walk-in cooler. Defrost counter fridge. Provide bacterial water sample results to inspector.

- Verminproof rear door in basement. Inspect perimeter for entry points and verminproof. Obtain services of a pest control operator. Perform thorough clean up of entire store to remove droppings and materials, remove kick plates off displays, clean foodhandling area and declutter it, verminproof under cupboards. Remove droppings & any harbourage materials in basement and clean garbage room.

- Provide proper (pump type) liquid soap dispenser (corrected during inspection). Refill paper toweling in staff washroom (corrected during inspection). Provide acceptable handwashing procedure signage at handwash sink and clean area behind sinks.
