- The current method of washing glasses is:Step 1: Use the sinks to the right of the glasswasher to wash glasses in detergent.Step 2: Use the glasswasher to rinse off the detergent.Step 3: Use the sink to the left of the glasswasher to sanitize using bleach.To have reusable glasses you need a commercial dishwasher/glasswasher which is correctly sanitizing by high temperature or chemical method or you can manually wash in a 3 compartment sink.By Feb 4, 2025, either have glass washer working so that it can wash, rinse and sanitize the glasses or install a 3 compartment sink to manually wash the glasses. If neither is completed then you will need to go to all disposable cups.
