    • 08. Is hand hygiene performed by the personal services worker when required, in a proper manner and are provisions available to perform hand hygiene?
      • Alcohol-based hand sanitizer was not available during the inspection.-Please provide and use hand sanitizer as when appropriate.
    • 10. Is cleansing and antisepsis of skin and mucous membrane performed in accordance to written procedures and are suitable products being used?
      • Antiseptic product was not applied prior to invasive services and the antiseptic wipes available at the time of inspection had expired since 2022.-Please procure and use antiseptic product prior to any treatment that puncture the skin.
    • 12. Are personal services workers at the facility maintaining client records and where applicable, sterility documentation corresponding to that client?
      • 1. The microneedling needles available onsite had no lot number, manufacturer' name, expiry date or stated as sterile on the labels.-Please do not use the indicated needles. Needles used for any invasive procedures must be sterile at the point of use, have lot number, manufacturer' information and expiration date and these information must kept with clients' contact information.2. Nano needles with no manufacturer's information was being used and available onsite.Please provide the indicated information for the nano needles.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • There was no high-level disinfectant available onsite, reusable semi-critical tools such as microdermabrasion's diamond tips and tweezers were not properly cleaned and disinfected after use.-Please procure and use high-level disinfectant such as preempt CS20 or HLD5 to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of such tools.
