    • 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
      • Previously cleaned waxing tweezers had hair stuck to them. Tweezers were re cleaned and disinfected. Please ensure all reusable equipment is thoroughly cleaned prior to disinfection
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Expired disinfectants were being used (Wahl spray disinfectant and UV San). Operator indicated she will use her low level disinfectant - Aquasan liquid instead moving forward. Expired products will be removed from facility. Additional disinfectant available: Barbicide which is changed daily. Please monitor disinfectant expiry dates to ensure product is disinfecting properly.
