- **White multiple cube book shelf noticed to having damage and in disrepair in the following rooms Starburst (damaged top), Smarties (2x damaged top, water damage). Have the tops addressed and repaired so that they are in good repair, smooth easily cleanable, and impervious to moisture.

- 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
- -Handwash sink is located in room 1, room 2, and room 3 does not have its own handwash sink for the space. Facility proposes that the children make use of the hand wash sinks in the back washroom area. There would be gate that you would need to pass to get to the washroom location, which was yet to be installed, and the doors for the washroom would be left open. *Requested procedure for how they would be doing hand hygiene for room 3, to determine if a handwash sink is needed for room-Handwash sinks were all setup with soap, and paper towels.*Handwash sink water temperatures were verified: room #1 @ 49C, room # 2 @ 56C, room #3 no sink, bathroom sink #1 @ 61.2C, bathroom sink #2 @ 61.4C. ***Have and ensure that temperature regulator are in place for the handwash sinks and that the temperatures are within 43C to 49C. -discussed limiting room #2 for diapers until sink for room #3 is sorted out.

- -Some of the walls in the facility have not been cleaned from past use as a kitchen and still have spills. Facility requires cleaning from the construction debris and work. *Have the walls and the rest of the facility deep cleaned of not only food/ sauce spills/ splatters, but also all construction debris and dust.
