- Disposable glass was noted in the dry good container being used as scoop. Glass was removed during inspection onsite. Staff was educated regarding hazard of using utensils without handles.Provide scoops with handles in all dry food containers and ensure the scoops are either stored outside the container or stored inside in such a way to prevent direct contact between food and handle.

- 1. 2 cans of Kesar mango pulp were observed dented in the dry storage area of the downstairs main kitchen. Operator threw the cans in the garbage. 2. A Maggi bouillon cube was open to exposed air in the dry storage area of the downstairs main kitchen. Operator placed the whole bouillon pack in a ziploc bag. Ensure that all food items and containers are in good condition to prevent bacterial growth.
